We are here to support your team every working day.
Find guides for frontline staff and managers, in-app troubleshooting steps, and direct channels for technical assistance.
For Frontline Employees
Find help with daily clock-in, branch rule verification, leave submissions, and punch corrections.
Joining your company
Open SlidesClock on your phone, choose "Join with invite code", and enter the code provided by your supervisor or HR department.
Clock-in verification issues
Ensure GPS permissions are enabled when prompted, or connect to your authorized office Wi-Fi network. Location is only checked at the moment you slide.
Submitting corrections or leave
If you forgot to clock in or experienced delays, submit a correction note in your History tab. Your manager reviews the request with the preserved original log.
For Company Managers & HR
Assistance with organization setup, branch policy configuration, roster scheduling, and data exports.
Branch geofence setup
In the mobile app or web dashboard, navigate to Branch Management. You can explicitly capture your current location to establish a geofence radius for your branch.
Managing rosters & grace periods
Define shift schedules, rest days, and allowable grace period minutes for late arrivals. Configure whether GPS, Wi-Fi IP, or registered devices are required.
Exporting attendance logs
Sign in to the web dashboard to download CSV and PDF reports of daily rosters, verified punch evidence, and audit logs.
Login and invitations
Use the same sign-in method as your existing account. For email/password accounts, use the password reset option on the login screen and check your spam folder. If an invite is invalid, expired, or for another company, ask the person who invited you for a current code. Never send anyone your password, Apple authorization code, or reset link.
Location denied or imprecise
In iOS Settings, open SlidesClock → Location and allow access While Using the App when your workplace needs GPS verification. Enable Precise Location if an approximate position cannot meet the workplace radius. Move somewhere with a clearer GPS signal and try once more. Ask your administrator about an alternative policy if you cannot provide location.
Office Wi-Fi unavailable
Connect to the workplace network and confirm that the internet works. iOS verification uses the public IP seen by SlidesClock, so your administrator must keep the workplace public-IP allowance current. A router change or VPN can change that IP. The app does not require an iOS SSID/BSSID permission.
Registered device problems
A new phone or reinstall may need device registration again. Follow the device prompt in the app. If your old registration prevents a change, ask an authorized administrator to review it. Device checks do not replace your obligation to submit only your own attendance.
Notifications and connection problems
You can enable or disable notifications in iOS Settings → Notifications → SlidesClock and review reminder settings in the app. Denying notifications does not delete attendance records. If the network drops during a punch, check your attendance history after reconnecting before retrying. A phone's offline time is not proof that the server accepted a punch.
Leave, overtime, corrections, and privacy
Use the relevant request screen to provide the dates and reason. Your organization's authorized reviewers decide the outcome; availability depends on its plan and configuration. For account deletion, open Settings → Delete Account and read the confirmation. Requests about retained employer records require review by your organization.
Account and data deletion instructionsIn-App Help & Guide
Step-by-step walkthroughs and troubleshooting instructions are built directly into the SlidesClock mobile app. Open the app, navigate to Profile → Settings (gear icon) → Help & Guide.
