Subscription & Billing Terms
Authoritative Storefront Pricing: Subscriptions for Standard and Premium plans are sold and billed through Apple In-App Purchase inside the SlidesClock iOS mobile app. Prices displayed in your localized Apple App Store storefront are authoritative. There are no web payments or external purchase mechanisms inside the iOS application.
Auto-Renewal & Cancellation: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically every month or year unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing cycle. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your iOS Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions.
Account Deletion Notice: Deleting your SlidesClock organization or deleting your user account does not automatically cancel an active Apple subscription. You must cancel your subscription through your Apple ID settings, or you will continue to be billed by Apple.
Refunds: Because payments are processed by Apple, SlidesClock cannot directly issue refunds for App Store transactions. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com .
Licensed Application EULA: The SlidesClock mobile application is licensed under the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) in addition to the SlidesClock Terms of Service .
Enterprise Contracts: Empire plan deployments, custom headcount arrangements, and organization billing arrangements are invoiced and arranged separately via direct commercial agreements.
