Review before you export

Attendance is reviewable by workplace and by period, with absences derived from the schedule rather than assumed — a day nobody was scheduled to work is not an absence, and a day covered by approved leave is not either.

Exports for the systems you already use

Reporting and export tools are available from the Standard plan. Exports are structured files you can open in a spreadsheet and hand to whoever needs them.
