An employee submits a request with dates and a reason. A manager approves or declines it. Approved leave then covers every day of its range when attendance is reviewed, so an absence on approved leave is not counted as a missing clock-in.
A reviewer cannot decide their own request.
A missed clock-out happens. On supported plans, an employee can request a correction with a reason and a manager reviews it. The original attendance event is preserved next to the correction, so the history shows what happened and what was decided.
Yes. Leave management is included on Free. Attendance corrections are a Premium feature.
