One membership, one registered device

A workplace policy can require that a clock-in comes from the device registered to that employee’s company membership. Device identifiers are recorded for verification.

This closes the most ordinary gap in phone-based attendance — a colleague clocking in for someone who has not arrived — without adding hardware.

What it is honest about

Device registration says a request came from a known device. It is a strong practical signal and it is not biometric identity. SlidesClock describes it as what it is.
